“ I have been a loyal Lexus of Smithtown customer for many years. My Lexus RX350 is an excellent car, in great condition. However, for the last few years, every time there was an inspection and / or oil change - "upcoming" problems were detected. There were significant costs involved. The customer service representative is always professional, courteous and efficient. I will reconsider bringing the vehicle to Lexus of Smithtown for inspections and simple oil changes. An oil change and inspection are all that was needed. Disappointed. ”

“ I called about a new GX 550 that I saw online, and a salesman named Frank answered. He informed me that the car was not available, but that they could order me a new one, so I agreed. I then asked him to send me the numbers so I could check them before sending my card and deposit, and he called me back to say that the car I had called about was available and I could purchase it. I asked him to send me the numbers sheet, and he did, but all of the numbers (net taxable, sales tax) were incorrect, so I sent them a sticky note with the updated numbers the following day,After I accepted their text message claiming the automobile had been sold and that we needed to start over, I stopped hearing from them.Just be cautious around these people because they will tell you that the car is available if they see that they can get more money from you. If they learn that you need to finish, they won't offer you the car in stock. I felt that this was disrespectful to the customer, and they weren't very professional because they were discussing a car that had already been sold. ”

She won’t greet you and if you have any questions… she will answer you condescending. I’ve been to other Lexus locations and have never been treated so rudely. I’ve been here 3+ times already and her attitude is always the same. ”

“ Legal Robbery. Increased vehicle purchase price from the purchase price I agreed on in the lease contract. Took 4 days of calls and lies to get to the bottom of their action. In the end, the dealer said I agreed to the monthly lease payment which I thought was based on the purchase price I agreed on. Then they said since I signed the lease I had no options. Nice. This dealership has robbery down to a science. It took over 2 hours for my wife and I to pick up the car. My wife listened to the new car training, while I waited for the dealer to complete the paperwork. After 2 hours, I did not review the lease contract in detail, because I trusted them. My mistake. Nice. ”

“ This dealership is as bad as it gets. They represent all that is bad and negative about car dealers. They are crooks because they charge more than agreed upon car value for lease documents. I leased a vehicle from them recently and they increased the price of the vehicle in the lease agreement to a value we did not agree upon. It was only after I looked at the lease after the transaction, that I saw the cheat. After numerous calls and conversations, they said it was my decision to sign the lease and agree to their terms. I signed the lease so it is my fault that they steal and I did not catch it. ”
